Ingredients:
150 g Medjool dates (about 12-15 dates, pitted)
90 g almonds
15 g coconut oil
2.5 ml vanilla extract (about 1/2 tsp)
16 g almond butter (about 1 tbsp)
Pinch of coarse sea salt
Forest Fruit Cream
Ingredients:
175 g raw cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours or overnight, then drained)
120 ml maple syrup
80 ml coconut cream (from a can, the thicker part)
2.5 ml vanilla extract (about 1/2 tsp)
15 ml lemon juice (about 1 tbsp)
300 g frozen forest fruits (such as a mix of blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
