Agua de Jamaica, otherwise known as hibiscus tea, is a refreshing Mexican drink that is both sweet and tart!
Versions of this drink can be found in other areas of the world as well like the Carribean and Africa.
The key ingredient is dried hibiscus leaves. You can find them at stores like Whole Foods, Mexican markets, or on Amazon.
Steep the dried hibiscus flowers in hot water for at least 5 minutes.
Use a French press if you have one.
