This is probably the best darn Brown Sugar Pie ever: so smooth and silky and creamy and sweet... every single bite is pure bliss.

Ingredients

Refrigerated

• 2 Eggs, large

Canned Goods

• 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream or evaporated milk

Baking & Spices

• 3 cups (600g | 1.3lb) light brown sugar, packed light

• 1/4 cup All-purpose flour, unbleached

• 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

• 1 Maple sugar flakes, Pure

• 1 tbsp Vanilla extract, store-bought or homemade

• 1 cup Whipped cream

Bread & Baked Goods

• 1 Deep dish pie crust

• 1 Heavy cream or egg and milk to brush the pie crust
