The Idlewild Cardigan is knit from the bottom up and uses the intarsia technique to create a flower motif along the bottom of the garment. The cardigan is then separated into front and back panels and worked separately, and then attached at the shoulders using a three needle bind off. The sleeves are then picked up and worked in the round with a CC edging at the shoulders and cuff. Lastly, we will pick up and knit a 1x1 rib for the placket.
