• 1 cup Coconut milk, full-fat canned
• 4 tsp Red curry paste
Baking & Spices
• 1 1/2 tsp Coconut or brown sugar
• 1 tsp Diamond crystal kosher salt
• 1 pinch Kosher salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Canola or vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp Coconut oil
