I had this for many years, back when I could walk. I found out I have "spondylolisthesis", an abnormal curvature of the lower spine. X-rays done years later showed that one of the vertibrae in my lower spine has slipped downward, & now it is behind the vertibra that was below it. My family has a strong history of "bad backs", so no telling if this is from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. It doesn't really matter, knowing one way or the other doesn't help the pain.
