100 gr spinazie 75 gr Feta 100 gr Chedder 2 tomaten [12 plakjes] 250 gr meel 2 theelps bakpoeder 2 eieren 60 ml olijfolie 240 ml melk verse thijm, zeezout en peper Meel, bakpoeder, zout, chedder en thijm door elkaar roeren. Apart de olijfolie, eieren en spinazie door elkaar en dan de melk erbij. Alles door elkaar roeren en als laatste de Feta kruimels. Vul het beboterde muffinblik en tomatenschijf erop met wat thijm, zeezout en peper. Oven op 180 graden en 25-30 min. bakken.
