Simple tips to always having a clean kitchen. 1. Clean as you cook. Before I start a meal, I run dishwater in the sink. Generally, by the time the meal is ready, I already have the majority of the dishes done. 2. Do the dishes after every meal. Wash, rinse, dry and put away. 3. Keep the counters clutter free. Have a place for everything and put everything in its place. It really does make a huge difference to work in a kitchen with clear counters. 4. Wipe down the counters and clean the sink after every meal. 5. Keep it minimal. Clean out cabinets and drawers. Organize, donate what is not needed. Cooking in the kitchen is more enjoyable when everything is easy to find. 6. Always go to bed with a clean kitchen. I love waking up to a fresh new morning knowing that there is no need
