Calisthenics is my favourite way to train. When done properly and when done with progressive overload, in this case moving through the different progressions of the movements, it is a great way to develop strength, get shredded, and develop lean muscle tissue. All calisthenics movements, due to the nature of moving your body through space, involves a lot of core activation and strength which can also help you develop abs.
