Prizes Awards

EUREGIO ART PRIZE 2001. A total of 226 artists signed up and a jury selected the works of 15 artists (10 German and 5 Dutch). The prize was awarded to me by the Vice President of the Euregio, Mr. Mayor Herman J. Kaiser for the works Bombay and Calcutta. These works are inspired by a trip through India.

Sef Berkers. Catalog Euregio Art Price 2001. A total of 226 artists signed up for the Art prize, which consists a sum of Eur 5000,-. A jury selected the works of 15 artists for the Art price exhibition. The price was awarded to me on 27 October 2001 by the Vice President of the Euregio, Mr. Mayor Herman J. Kaiser in The Art college in Weert, The Netherlands and on November 23 the exhibition was opened in the Werner-Jaeger-Halle in Nettetal, Germany.
