One of my favorite isolation moves for the Lat muscle, rear delt and some tricep (arm pit fat area). You can see it flexing in the video This is a staple in my back day routine! Observe how my arm has a slight bent the whole time and I pull out and down. Squeeze and pull with your lat muscle. By @alexia_clark Core Super Set! Top exercise I'm using a 15lb dumbbell. You can use a plate if you want. Make sure you aren't leaning into your opposite hip. Keep your hips parallel to the ground and core tight! Bottom exercise alternating bench V-ups. Keep your legs as straight as possible! Do 4 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds straight with a 20 second rest between. @alexia_clark
