酷热的天气，来一碗冰凉的甜汤是最好不过了。 大家慢慢品尝哦… 材料： 银耳 1朵 龙眼干 50g 红枣 5粒（大粒的） 白果 80g 莲子 80g 百合 1大匙 薏米 1汤匙 冬瓜条 50g 冰糖 适量 清水 2400ml 事先准备： 1。银耳泡水20分钟，待发起来后，用手撕成小块状。 2。薏米泡水一会，龙眼干清洗干净沥干。 3。白果和莲子清洗干净，待用。 做法： 1。内锅加入清水开电源，把银耳加入。 2。之后跟着加入其它的材料，除了冬瓜条和冰糖。 3。把水煮滚后10分钟，加入冬瓜条和适量的冰糖煮溶，依个人喜爱的甜度试味。 4。熄火，把内锅取出，放入保温套锅里，焖上1个小时之后即可享用。 温馨小提醒： ＊ 薏米不要放太多，不然煮好的糖水会比较浓稠一些。 ＊ 没冰糖也可以放白糖，个人喜欢。 ＊ 材料依个人喜欢而加入，可增可减。 ＊煮好后的甜汤也可放入冰箱冷冻，一样好喝哦。
