Digital glue + GHR
Matt glues and GHR grits open up new frontiers in ceramic decoration. In combination, they yield raised, well-defined textures with a natural matte finish so in demand in contemporary design. The water-based matt glues are an absolute innovation, ensuring a soft, anti-reflective effect while maintaining strength and precision during application. A versatile solution that gives surfaces both visual and tactile depth. GHR
An important part of our material exhibition at 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗔𝗜𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 concerned surfaces created by the application of GHR technical grits on digital glue (SICER offers a wide range of water and solvent-based glues) We realized 4 projects showing 4 highly resistant technical surfaces, with great definition in the graphic details and the absolute naturalness of the reliefs created on the ceramic surface. #Sicer#SicerSpa#italianceramicsurfaces#SicerCeramicSurfaces #ceramicsurfaces
Turquoise R&D 456
Today we show you Turquoise R&D 456, an original design made by mixing stone and marble. This aesthetically striking surface was created with two different applications on Low Emission SCD1995LE digital glue: the first with GHR 14.49 grit only, the second with a mix of grits from the GHR and GRA series. The finish, with matt glaze, was enhanced by the WOF lapping technique. Keep following us to learn about other Sicer-branded achievements!
GHR
The use of stone gives environments a rustic and natural look, enhancing their beauty and brightness. We have often wondered how to replicate this effect as realistically as possible in ceramics: thus the products of the GHR series were born. This series of grits, once applied to the ceramic surface, can guarantee high resistance to chemical agents and abrasion, absolute transparency, development of the colour of digital graphics and innate naturalness.
GHR
A ceramic surface that follows a fluid, refined movement, capable of uniquely defining the spaces it will adorn: a challenging project that has taken form in this material. To achieve it, we used Low Emission SCD1990LE digital glue, Digital Structure and 𝐆𝐇𝐑 technical grit to give it high resistance, naturalness and pleasantness to the touch.
