Herb, Coriander/ Cilantro Use Seeds & Leaves Use leaves (cilantro) and seeds (coriander) in a variety of dishes. Annual. SOW outdoors in full sun after danger of frost. In frost-free areas, sow from fall to early spring. Sow seeds thinly and cover with 1/4" of fine soil. Firm lightly and keep evenly moist. Seedlings emerge in 14-21 days.
