If you have trouble activating your glute muscles, LISTEN UP. See how slow I'm going? Try these cable (or goblet) squats and go really slow. I want you to point your toes outwards a little and push the outsides of your feet into the ground. Really focus on pushing your feet into the floor and apart without moving your knees away from over your feet. You should be engaging your glutes throughout the ENTIRE MOVEMENT. Not just squeezing at the top. Keep the tension/contraction in your glutes…
