Bananabread van 3 bananen, 50 gram dadels, 3 eieren, 150 gram amandelmeel en 1,5 tl baking soda en snufje zout. Verwarm de oven voor op 175 graden. Pureer de bananen met de dadels glad en klop in een andere kom de eieren met het zout en meng de kommen samen. Spatel daarna het amandelmeel en de baking soda erdoorheen tot een egaal mengsel. Vet een cakevorm in en giet het mengel erin. Bak het in 40-45 minuten af en laat het afkoelen.
