These homemade "craisins" or dried-cranberries are made without refined sugar! Sweeten them with honey or maple syrup, your choice. The secret is par-drying the berries so the soak up all that honey water. You can also make ginger flavored or citrus flavored dried cranberries, or dust them with cocoa powder!
