Textile Design, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Scottish, 1868 -1928 Mackintosh was an Architect, Designer, Watercolourist and Artist. He was prominent in the Arts and Crafts movement, and also the main representative of Art Nouveau in the United Kingdom. He also had a considerable influence on European design. He was born in Glasgow (where one can see fabulous examples of his architecture and design) and he died in London.
