I like this so many ideas here! use straw mat instead of rock and/or possibility of planting strawberries or sedum on vertical spaces
Sempervivums growing out of a piece of wood?! Now THAT is something unique that I can afford!
Echeveria taurus red- this one is likely real. Saw fake ones at Hobby Lobby & I intend to doctor one up with fuschia paints. Using sponge daubers.
Astrophytum: also on my wish list. :)
Sedum Matrona recommended by Adrain Bloom. Cut back stems to half the height mid-late June to get stronger stems. Same with New England Asters and Sedum Autumn Joy. Learned that today.
Sedum ‘Autumn Joy’ I have these spread out in all of my gardens. They add some nice color to the gardens after most other plants have passed.
Hanging Sedum morganianum... now if I could just keep dividing mine I might have something like this sometime down the road!
